Connie Hill, ASID Allied, Principal Designer, Owner
Educated in New York and Chicago, Ms. Hill holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with a major in design and a minor in art history. Since entering the design field in 1976, Ms Hill has acquired experience in every sector of the profession from managing a high end stone and tile business, to importing antiques from Europe, providing fine art consultation for corporations such as US West in Denver and founding three uniquely focused design firms. Connie is a nationally recognized award winning designer who has lectured on and, published articles about the design industry. Her projects have been featured in several national shelter magazines. In 2004 Ms. Hill relocated to Palm Beach County where her parents have lived seasonally for 30 years, with her architect husband Gary A. Busch.
Patricia Smith, Senior Designer
An interior design graduate of Bauder College of Design in Fort Lauderdale, Patricia has lived in Palm Beach County for nearly thirty years. She began her design career in Palm Beach working with a prominent developer who specialized in renovations of Mizner homes. Patricia worked from the ground up to meticulously detail these island classics.
Patricia was hired by Corporate Design Interiors and produced many outstanding projects such as Barnett Bank and Three Palms office building. She was recruited by Hilda Flack Interiors where she worked for several years as a top designer. Patricia joined Watermark Designs in 2006 where her creative expertise has been invaluable and her enthusiasm is infinite and contagious.
Watermark Designs is a Florida based design firm located in a beautiful atelier in Jupiter. Recent projects include a grand hotel complex in Turks and Caicos West Indies, a small, stylish restaurant in Jupiter, Florida, a number of uniquely personal professional office suites as well as luxury homes from Delray Beach to Vero Beach.
